Jessica leads RAD’s behavior-analytic services for individuals, families, caregivers, and support teams throughout Lake County. Her work may include functional behavior assessment, behavior-support planning, consultation, skill-development programming, data review, and team collaboration.

Kennley Inman

Co-Owner · Director of Direct Support Services

Kennley leads RAD’s direct support services and DSP operations, helping ensure that support in people’s homes and communities is dependable, respectful, and centered on each person’s goals.
